Looking for an easily accessible, sunny spot to stay in the Russian River? Sunnyside Up has got you covered! Located off of Watson Rd., this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fabulous any season. Facing forested hillside with vineyard in the foreground, there is plenty of open space and natural light, and the backyard is the perfect place to relax, BBQ, and take a soak in the hot tub.

The single-level interior is comfortable, bright and inviting. The well-equipped kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, cooking ware, tableware, standard appliances, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker . Enjoy views of the vineyards and hills while cooking up a meal or relaxing on the living room sofa. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast nook has dining space for 4. Other rooms include three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den, which has a futon style sofa bed.

Know Before You Book:

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Sunnyside Up is 7 people not including kids under 3 years old. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.

Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Second Bedroom: Queen Bed, Third Bedroom: 1 Double/Twin bunk (upper bunk suitable for children), Den: Double Futon

Cooling: AC Wall Unit

Location: Sunnyside Up in a primarily residential neighborhood. It is a mix of permanent residents and vacation rentals, families, working folks, and visitors. To honor this balance, we ask guests to park only in the driveway (plenty of space) and respect the quiet hours, and follow common courtesies in line with general family-friendly, residential neighborhood expectations. Thank you for helping to continue the tradition of a mutually beneficial relationship between vacation rentals and local community!

Pet Friendly: Dogs friendly, up to two well behaved dogs per reservation. If you are traveling with a pet other than a dog, please inquire.

Proximity to Hiking: Armstrong Redwoods State Park entrance is just over two miles. Enjoy old growth redwoods, the picnic area, and some lovely trails. There is a visitor center at the entrance with more information.

Proximity to Wineries: Korbel, of sparkling wine fame, is located in Guerneville, 10 minute drive. It is another 5 minutes to Westside Road, a well loved wine tasting route, or another 5 minutes to Gravenstein Hwy, with another group of Russian River Valley wineries to choose from.

Nearest River Beach: Johnson’s Beach, 1.6 miles. Paid parking area, summer months has beach umbrellas and boats for rent.

Nearest Ocean Beach: Goat Rock Beach, Jenner CA 25 minutes/14 miles

We've stayed at many AirBnBs and this was one of the best. It's more spacious inside than it appears in the photos (and it already looks nice in the photos!), with just enough amenities to feel like home but not cluttered. The view over the vineyard and mountains is stunning. Just outside wonderful Guerneville (note not walkable), it's extremely quiet at night with spectacular star viewing if you get lucky with the fog! They do a nice job being dog-friendly without it feeling like a house overly loved by pet visitors. It's well managed professionally with good digital and hard copy resources for navigating the property and the surrounding area. Highly recommend.-via Airbnb

We had such a great stay! We found the home comfortable, clean, and perfect for a vacation with children and a dog! The backyard is stunning and the home was cozy. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We comfortably slept four adults, a toddler, a newborn, and a dog! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes which made cooking easy.

Amazing backyard, peaceful and beautiful view of the vineyards with the mountains behind. Very well stocked and comfortable beds with soft linens. Water pressure was low which made it a bit challenging to wash dishes and shower but other than that, we had a great girls’ weekend there!-via Airbnb

I loved this place. We had such a chilled and relaxed stay here! On arrival, it seems like a small modest property but inside, it is spacious and extremely comfortable with a beautiful backyard where the sun streams in! The whole property is immaculate and very well equipped with all the mod cons. The decor is tasteful. The beds and the linen are really good quality. So much to do around the house. River is only 1.5 miles away, redwood forest a mile away, and the ocean is only 30 minutes away. Plus wineries all around (Korbel Champagne 20 minutes). This is our second time staying at this lovely home, and we loved it. The location is amazing - nestled in a sweet little valley behind downtown Guerneville, the back garden looks out onto a vineyard and wooded hills beyond. The house is very sweet, and the home has a lovely garden with a hot tub and a large fenced-in lawn area. It's a simple country home but has all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday away.
