Casa Rosa is a great family getaway! This river cabin has a comfortable vibe and an excellent location. With the Russian River and a small neighborhood park directly across the street, this is a great spot for families traveling with younger children. Casa Rosa, with a covered porch overlooking the neighborhood park and quiet neighborhood, open living/dining/kitchen area, cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, is truly a home away from home!

Know Before You Book:

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Casa Rosa is 8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.

Parking: On-site parking is permitted for a maximum of 3 vehicles. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes: First Bedroom: Queen Bed, Second Bedroom: Double Bed, Third Bedroom: Queen Bed, Small Den: Queen Sofa Bed

Heat Source: Wood Burning Stove, Electric Heaters.

Neighborhood Park: The park across the street no longer has a play structure. It's still in the background of a couple photos.

A/C: The house does not have air conditioning. Being near the coast, the night time temps drop and just opening some windows is usually enough to cool the house.

Wonderful spot. Had everything we needed for a nice trip for our daughters SSU Graduation. We had people from age 3-66 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The river is just a short walk and the park area was perfect for the small kids. Bummer there is no playground like the pic but I think they are working on putting another one in? We hope to return again for another nice, quite, serene vacation. Wineries, the beach and shopping are all close by. Stay here if you can. We highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Casa Rosa! The house was stocked with everything we needed. The location was close to downtown, Stumptown brewery, Korbel and Armstrong park- all of which we did during our stay. The park across the street was great for our 18 month old son. We’d definitely come back.

Casa Rosa was super for our three-generation family (plus one dog) weekend. It was comfortable and cozy. We cooked all our meals, which the well-stocked kitchen and gas barbecue made easy. The playground across the street was super for the grandkids, and we loved hanging out at the Russian River, which is any easy walk from the house. Nearby Armstrong Redwoods made for a wonderful and educational walk. Ping pong and foosball in the basement were fun for all. We’d return here in a heartbeat.

5 stars! 6 of us rented this place to enjoy the Russian River. The location is exactly what we were hoping for to this end. Each room gave enough space and even the person staying on the sofa bed enjoyed their space as well. They have several dog-specific amenities like bowls and a towel basket that we took advantage of. The TV is rather small FYI but we had no need for it given the nature of our visit. Beware that service for some carriers (AT&T) gets spotty due to the remoteness. WiFi was exceptional and easy to set up.

Location = perfect with park/playground right across the street PLUS free beach access & boat ramp right across the street; only 10 minute drive to Main St Guerneville, quiet neighborhood with friendly folks, beautiful trees, and easy to find/get to. House = comfortable, well equipped (kitchen is great, canoe+basketballs+ping pong+Foosball!, plenty seating, nice towels, and more!), with wrap-around deck including tables & chairs & grill. Could use more screens and light. Always had plenty of hot water & all rooms have night-lights! Parking = excellent with 1 car in garage, 1 in driveway, and 2 in front; parking is for average size cars - it was a little tight for our van, but it worked for us and our guests. Really good restaurants in town. Big Safeway on Main. Cute shops up & down Main. Easy drive to places like Bodega Bay, Jenner, Santa Rosa. There are about 22 stairs to get to the front door = hard on us older folks! Would recommend this house for a family with pre-teens and/or teens, or for 2-3 couples; Gates make it workable for families with younger children, too, but supervision would be important. Good house for dog(s) and their humans, too! We had a super week and now have family memories that bring us smiles and good feelings. This is a great rental for families wanting to mess about on the river. The property was well located, well equipped, easy to get to the centre of Guerneville for stores etc and to beaches at Forestville and Monte Rio. The large garage is an absolute bonus.

We had a great stay at Casa Rosa. Great house, well equipped, in a nice secluded location, but not to far from everything one would need. The kids had a great time at the park across the street and the river access is definetely a plus! We were four adults and four children ages 6 through 10, and there was enough space so we didn't feel on top of each other. We typically stay in Monte Rio, but we will definetely explore more of what Guerneville has to offer after this stay in Casa Rosa!

The place was wonderful ! Lots of shady trees and outdoor patio space. It was so cozy and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen and used the BBQ....a good time was had by all :)
