About Our “Woods” Homes:
The short explanation for why each of these homes is a part of this special is that they each include the word “wood” in the name. The longer reason is that they are exceptional – each has a private hot tub, room for in home massage or yoga inside and/or outside (if the weather agrees), and great reviews! Here are some of our favorite things about each home – in alphabetical order, since they are all favorites:
- Everwood | Stillness. Relaxation. Protection of the forest year-round. A dedicated workspace and a bedroom and full bathroom on each level of the home for individual suites.
- Morningwood |Updated old lodge charm with spacious upper level/great room. Spacious and natural light.
- Summerwood | Set in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Guerneville with a long tradition of summer cabins. The hot tub at a separate deck, tucked under trees and with its own seating area, private and “in nature.”
- The IvyWood | Evoking the green and lush landscape amidst the forest. A private casita by the hot tub and exceptional interior décor.
- Vinewood Lodge | A perfect balance of vineyard and forest views, room for 10 guests over 3 levels and multiple decks, game room in the garage.
- Wanderwood |Great for adventurers with fabulous office space for remote work. Hot tub set in a fairy circle of redwoods – a new deck and seating area in progress. Secluded feeling, but close to town.
